Kelsi Lamberth, RID, ASID
Owner, Lead Designer
Thank you so much for being here! My name is Kelsi and I received my interior design degree from Baylor University and am a licensed interior designer. Throughout the years I have gained experience in both hospitality and residential design across the nation, now striving to help homeowners achieve their dream home. I was born and raised in a small town in Texas by two wonderful parents, who which inspired me to start my own business as they were business owners themselves. I was inspired by the world of design and construction from being around both my grandpa and dad in their home building business. I wanted to deny it at first, trying to be independent and all first going to college, but soon found my way to design. Since then, I have become a registered interior designer and have worked in both the hospitality and residential sectors around the country. I become inspired by the places I travel to and the people I surround myself with. I have a passion for spontaneously traveling, and a knack for party hopping when I tend to over book my social calendar. So be prepared, we may end up becoming longtime friends through the process of design!
Ryan Lamberth
Chief Operating Officer
In 2013, I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors in Marketing and Real Estate. I have worked in the Dallas community servicing both commercial real estate and the finance industry. In my career, I have overseen large real estate portfolios, managed teams in the mortgage industry, and have assisted my beautiful wife with the startup of Nuance Interiors, LLC. In the beginning of 2022, I was able to make my dream of working full time for Nuance a reality and could not be more excited about the direction the company is going as well as this tremendous team Kelsi has assembled.
Eric Bartlett, RA, NCARB
Director of Architecture, Lead Architect
I am a graduate of Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction and a licensed Architect in the state of Texas. My path to Architecture and Interior Design was born from a love of art, nature and hand crafting. What began with drawing, painting, and amateur furniture building, grew into a desire to pursue a career crafting buildings that bring joy and benefit those who experience them. Throughout my career I have worked on a wide array of project typologies in the residential and hospitality sectors, both domestically and internationally. No matter the scale, I enjoy tackling new design challenges and embrace the unconventional. When not designing or tinkering on personal projects I love to travel and spend time outdoors. Hiking deep in the wilderness feels like home and provides me with endless inspiration.
Ariel Cox, Allied ASID, CAPS
Director of Marketing, Lead Designer
I also received my interior design degree from Baylor University alongside Kelsi. I specialize in high-end residential creating beautiful, custom-designed interiors. I believe design brings a story to life, remembering always that each story brings understanding to how well-planned and executed design impacts the lives of people around the world. I am currently serving as a Chapter Support Team (CST) Advisor for ASID National and a Past President for ASID Florida North. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband Bracken, designing products for my small business Pecox, working with Kenyan orphans through our non-profit My Child Ministries and I always make sure my nails are freshly painted.
Natalie Fodge
Project Assistant & Expeditor
I received my degree in design and product development from Baylor University. During my career, I’ve had the wonderful experience working within wholesale manufacturing and production, where I see products come to life from start to finish. I have a passion for design and love helping people make their dreams a reality. I’m so excited to join this team and help with project organization and purchasing. In my free time, you can either find me planning my wedding with my fiancé, Rolando, or hanging at the dog park with my pup, Beau.

Spring spends most of her day giving vital design feedback and is the most vocal member of our team. When she's not supervising team members & deliveries you can find her taking a cat nap in the sun.
